Internet World is a subsidiary of Penton Media, a leading, global business-to-business media company that produces market-focused magazines, trade shows and conferences, and Web sites. When Internet World hosted the Internet Everywhere CEO Summit II in April of 2001, they chose Alki Technology to develop and deploy a broadcast email solution to promote the conference. Alki Technology developed three different, multipart-MIME messages to be broadcast to specific, targeted mailing lists.
